Shipping & Handling
We ship internationally! All in stock items ship within a week from when the order is placed. If any item in your order is on backorder, we will ship the in stock items first.
If expedited shipping is needed, contact us after checkout.
All cross border duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving your order, inspect for quality and any possible damage. Other Kingdom needs to be notified within 24 hours of receiving the order if any damage has occurred in shipping. A full refund or exchange is available if a product is received damaged or defective.
Returns & Exchanges
Any non-damaged item can be returned for credit or exchange only.
The customer has 5 days to contact Other Kingdom in the decision the item will be returned.
Once the returned product is received it will be inspected for signs of use and damage. When the product passes the return quality inspection, the option for store credit or exchange will be offered.
